Exchange Policy
Customers can request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include the original packaging

Manufacturing Defects Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of delivery.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer may request an exchange or refund after the issue is reviewed and confirmed.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or if the product cannot be replaced with the same item.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or any available method agreed upon with the customer.
